The place to be to learn about nutrition, healthy food choices,
and the joys of preparing your own food.
Working with children from age
4 up to 13 our goal is to teach
them about the benefits of eating
healthy.  How to shop, read
labels, make wise nutritional
tools, and to prepare their own
meals are all taught in our
program.   In this age of
childhood obesity, juvenile
diabetes, and even heart disease
in America's youth, this
knowledge along with the life
skill of cooking can be an
important tool to keep our young
people healthy and well
